🇺🇸 Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything so we could enjoy days like this. Grateful for their sacrifice and the freedoms we hold dear.

The skies finally cleared after all that rain, and I was able to plant our warm season annuals. Nothing feels more hopeful than putting plugs in the ground on a day we remember what makes this country beautiful. Feeling thankful for both the quiet moments and the sunshine today.

Since I don't have a greenhouse, yet, I'm doing an experiment this year with winter sowing hardy annuals and perennials in water jugs. I'm pretty happy with the results so far.
