We have 1/4,half,or whole shares on beef available. Cost is $5.50 per hanging pound. A $500 deposit is required before delivery to butcher. We have 1/2 or whole shares on hogs as well. A $200 deposit is required. Price varies on size.

We have two 1/2 beef shares vacuum sealed in individual packs , boxed up and for your freezer. The chart is a normal list of what’s in it with the exception of rib-eye roast, which is available with special requests. Winter is coming and so is higher prices. Get stocked up now with delicious fresh beef.

We stand very firm on having the best beef and pork around. But it doesn’t happen without an excellent butcher. Mann meat processing is hands down the best and easiest to work with that I’ve dealt with. My hats off to you Zach and crew.
