Yesterday, around 1 o’clock, while putting out “Miss Wiggles” (balloon man) she was ran over just barely missing our employee. She backed up from the intersection at the light. If anyone has any information on who this car belongs to, please let us or the Beeville police department know. As she made the u-turn she yelled out “sorry” and took off, didn’t even take time to check to see if anyone was hurt. Thank God he wasn’t hurt but shaken up pretty bad. However, our Miss Wiggles will be out for a while mending from her injuries. Watch at the top of the screen.
