CONSIGNOR SPOTLIGHT: J.D. and Jenni Gibson are the owners of Hubbard Hill Kikos (GOT) in Ponca City, Oklahoma. They have been consignors of Heartland since 2023. You can find more information at Hubbard Hill Kikos on Facebook and hubbardhillkikos.com.
J.D. and Jenni got their start in the goat business in 2012 raising commercial goats and in 2015 they began raising kiko goats choosing the breed due to the parenting ability, parasite resistance, and low maintenance.
After two years of raising kiko goats, they began buck testing in 2017 at the EOSC Buck Test. In 2018, they had the number 8 FEC buck at the EOSC Buck Test. After 2018, they weren’t able to make it to the EOSC Buck Tests which prompted them to look out of state. J.D. and Jenni decided to take their bucks to the WV Buck Test in 2022 earning the number 10 and number 10 FEC bucks. Since then, they have continued to test at the WV Buck Test and other Buck tests, earning high overall scores in the WV, MS, and FL buck tests.
This is a farm you don’t want to miss out on buying goats from with their goats found in farms across the nation. They register their goats through the National Kiko Registry and some of their herd is dual registered. Their goats are healthy and have the ability to survive on any farm making them a great addition to your herd.
