Paulson's Pumpkin Patch We are a family run farmers market in Belding Michigan. We offer fresh fruits and Vegetables! WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING CARDS HOWEVER, THERE IS A $2 CONVENIENCE FEE

We grow our own fruits, and vegetables, in the summer we grow foods like summer squash, zucchini, cucumbers ect. In the fall in october we offer free hay rides to the back to pick out pumpkins, this occurs on sundays afternoon.

Causes of Damage

Winter Cold: Very cold temperatures in late January damaged sensitive fruit buds.

Spring Frosts: Several freezes in April damaged crops that had already started growing.

Due to this damage, we will not have peaches, plums, pears, nectarines, or apricots this year.

The Shish*to Pepper!
Nearly as sweet as bell peppers and so easy to prepare!
Don't overlook these as you shop around our stand as you are missing a very nice treat!
Please enjoy the recipe we shared below!

Shish*to peppers with crispy pancetta, crisp 4 ounces of diced pancetta in a skillet and remove it with a slotted spoon. Leave the rendered fat in the pan, heat it over high heat, add 8 ounces of washed and dried shish*to peppers, and sear until blistered. Toss with the crispy pancetta and flaky salt.
