The first round of animals is headed to the butcher on July 13! The second round will go in on August 3rd. If you've already reserved a quarter or half, we're excited to get high-quality, locally raised beef into your freezer soon.

We currently have 8 beef quarters available for our August 31 butcher date. Buying in bulk is one of the best ways to save money on premium beef while stocking your freezer with steaks, roasts, hamburger, and more.

The #1 question we get asked is "How much does it cost?" 💸💰

This year, the short answer is $3.75 per pound of hanging weight (only $0.25 more than last year!), or approximately $900 per quarter. This works out to about $7.57 per pound of food.
