Our small scale organic farm provides a portion of the ingredients we use in the production of our prepared foods. When we cannot provide our ingredients, we stand firm in our buy local and seasonally ethics whenever possible. We feel eating and living well is not just for us and our children, but for the betterment of our communities and the strengthening of our culture. Eating local and seasonal should be easy and pleasurable. The more commonplace it becomes the easier it is!

I just put some beautiful tomatoes on the stand. i also have white onions to go with them. all organic and 2 dollars a pound.

Organic and micro-tilled garden produce. beautiful heirloom brandywine tomatoes. vine ripe grown under the sun. garlic, a few onions, zuccs, and summer squash. a chefs dream. 33 head of the tide belfast maine.

The last of the wall paper in the kitchen. I had to take a picture. The old farm house I am living in and renovating used to have an apple orchard. There is still one tree out back that could be original. The apples are delicious. The wall paper says it all.
