Ok. It’s come to my attention, I have been shipping eggs since 2018. When you have that one customer who doesn’t listen to all the rules for incubating. Where you ask them to let the eggs sit for 24 hours then you also asked them to do the research on a brand new incubator that they purchase and then you also asked them to do research on eggs that they’ve never incubated by their selves before. They contact you and tell you that they got their eggs in and there was just like maybe two that were broken but all 24 were perfectly fine. then they candle on day 13 and they say only six are viable. There’s no blood rings and there’s no life in any of them. I’m not really sure how that’s possible when I have just taken out two dozen eggs and I had all of them hatch and other customers had already purchased these eggs as well, and they had already hatched. I mentioned to her that I could send her another breed for just her paying shipment if she thought maybe that breed wasn’t fertilized and she could try a different breed on my property and she said she deserved a full refund for all of it even though my eggs are 85 a dozen plus shipping and she begged for me to sell them to her for $30 a dozen plus shipping which since she said it was her first time hatching and it was a Mother’s Day gift I felt for her and I went ahead and did it if you were in my situation, please I would love to hear your opinion
