This guy, named "Not Jeremy" is quickly becoming a favorite rooster. He is a Lavander Ameraucana Roo x Barred Rock Hen. "Jeremy" our Barred Rock Roo in the 2nd photo is a perfect gentelman and fierce protector. Now this troublesome cream legbar in the 3rd photo, NOT my favorite, lol!!!

WE ARE HIRING!

We are looking to hire part-time help for the food forest for this fall for a minimum of 8-10 hrs/week, (could lead to more hours depending upon skill level).

Ideal candidate would be a recent Beaver River graduate who is free 1 evening a week and Saturday mornins. Must be capable with basic tools, able to lift up to 50lbs and be kind to animals. Main efforts this fall will be helping lay concrete block and cobstruction of a small barn with Craig or myself (2nd set of hands is really helpful on construction). Farm landscaping and construction experience a plus!

Starting pay $20.00/hour (willing to pay more for someone with solid construction experience who is able to work independently).

PLEASE SHARE WITH ANY RECENT LOCAL GRADUATES YOU KNOW THAT MIGHT BE INTERESTED.
