I haven’t had any project to brag about in a while but I just finished a BIG one 💪
My daughter and son in law’s birthday are one day apart so I decided this year to make them an afghan for their birthday’s.
( their birthday’s were back in the middle of August but I was planning it then so give me credit and I started it right around then ) but the point is…I finished it yesterday .
It weighs almost 6 pounds and took about 25 skeins of yarn!😳
I was trying to use all my alpaca colors and came close..it doesn’t have black in it or Emma’s fleece which is a dark brown but looks almost purplish when crocheted …
And..it’s not a surprise - I’ve been showing Christie progress photos almost everyday.☺️
