Today Chuck harvested kale which was part of a quiche. Homemade crust made with our lard, highly recommended. Then there was chard from Tony, onion, cream and cheese from the store. But most of it came from the farm. A little pumpkin, the kale and of course, the eggs.
With extra dough, peaches and apples were added for a tasty tart. It was a yummy meal for Chuck who was out coyote hunting with no success.
