Locke, Stock, & Barrel On a whim… Our home was previously owned by Mildred Locke, a bit of a local celebrity. Mildred Locke, designer and owner of Quilters Haven, in 1984.

The painted Quilt Square on Main Street is an integral part of the historical Bell Buckle, TN. It was originally painted for the National Quilt Show Convention that was hosted by Mrs. That same year Bell Buckle hosted its first ever Quilt Walk showcasing unique handmade and historical quits in post-Civil War homes and churches.Quilters Haven was located in the cabin that sits behind our home, and

is where we have resided while remodeling our farmhouse named in honor of Mrs. Locke: Locke, Stock, & Barrel.

Meet Re*****on and Steele! 😅 Fun story: for the 4th weekend, we had a family renting our cabin. The family has family and friends in Bell Buckle. One of their friends, named Re*****on, gifted us these to brothers. With the addition of these two and 18 chicks of various ages, we’re back up to 28 chickens!

I posted this the other day but I obviously deleted it by accident. I walked outside and saw more goats than what we actually have. Turns out a couple of deer snuck into the group. They were all together before I could get my phone to grab video. They just looked at me. I was amazed that they didn’t run.

Alright y’all, I think this is pretty cool. I went outside and saw there more goats than what I have. Once I realized there were deer out there, I went back inside to get my phone. They do not seem at all concerned about me and I can only guess because the goats are out there. Initially, the goats were out where the deer were.
