Every budding florist deserves a mentor. The kind with a wealth of knowledge who has done weddings and events of every size, who’s on speed dial for the million questions, who walks you through recipes and mechanics, helps you nail down contract verbiage, graciously offers hands-on tutorials, teaches you things you didn’t even know to ask, and even pitches in to be your second set of hands for the big projects.
I want you to meet mine — Brandie. 🩷
Brandie is truly an answer to prayer. When I decided to pursue floristry more seriously, I knew I had so much to learn and longed to find someone willing to guide me. I care deeply about doing things well, and I want to grow in a way that honors both the craft and the people I serve. And then I found Brandie, in my weekly gym class of all places!
She has been an absolute lifesaver, generously giving her time and expertise to teach me, encourage me, and help me find my footing. And as I pursue professional floral training this summer, she has already volunteered to thoughtfully critique my work and help me become the best florist I can be.
The flower world has brought me to so many wonderful flower-friends, and she is one of the very best. Thank you so much, Brandie! 🫶🏼
