We go into the woods for this one. 🌲

The Short’s crew hand-trims fresh spruce tips from local blue spruce trees, then brings ’em back to the brewery for Spruce Pilsner.

It smells like a walk in the woods. It drinks like a pilsner. It’s been one of our favorites since we first brewed it in 07'. Watch for varions coniferous concoctions when you're Up North this season.
