In between walking in a foot of snow collecting sap, transferring sap from the tractor to the holding tank, feeding the fire, collecting firewood from the woodshed, transferring (almost syrup) to the finishing pan, checking temps on the finishing pan, filtering, collecting more sap and repeat, I get 5 minutes to set in my uncomfortable recliner and relax. I love my job!!!
