If you havenā€™t tried one, hereā€™s what youā€™re missing. A light lemon sponge with just the right hint of tartness, layered with fresh strawberries and our house-made vanilla custard, then finished with a fluffy whipped cream icing. Light, fresh, and absolutely perfect for this time of year.
