Tomorrow I am teaching a Gluten Free "Not Pie, Pizza Pie!" class at the Dorothy Lane Market Washington Square Culinary Center. Students experience a hand-on class and make a deep-dish pizza, and this super cute apple pie cookie, using my custom gluten free flour blend. At the end of class, they walk away with the recipes in a neat packet so they can duplicate at home. How cool is that?! This class is full, but the one at the Mason Culinary Center next week still has some seats available.

Yesterday we finally had the opportunity to host tea again. Entertaining at our home has become a rare occurrence with our two teenagers living their best lives with packed schedules.

I had a fabulous time teaching a gluten free baking class at the Dorothy Lane Market Mason Culinary Center today. A big thanks to the Culinary Assistants Sandy, Donna and Amy, as well as our shopper who nailed the ingredients, Lisa. I can't wait to be back in just a couple of weeks to teach again. I had a chance to check out our new local coffee spot with my daughter today. So adorable! Love all the outdoor seating options. Staff was super friendly and good iced latte on a hot day.

Today I surpassed 4,000 pieces of biscotti for 2026, and it's only July.
Bites of Nostalgia is run by me, and I'm it. I'm the Baker, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Accountant, Buyer, Delivery Driver... you get the point. Thank you for supporting my passion for more than a decade. It truly means so much.
