I am excited to have my partnership with the Dorothy Lane Market Culinary Center extended through the summer with two more classes on the schedule. (Stay tuned for a third class for Jr. Chefs!) All of these menus are gluten free - always.
Each class is a demonstration format with every course served for tasting. A comprehensive recipe packet is provided so students can easily replicate their favorites at home.

From Garden to Goodies: A Baking Class
