January Lambing Update 🐑
January lambing is officially done — and wow, Mother Nature really threw the whole weather menu at us this year. Rain, wind, cold… basically everything except what we actually needed. Because of that, we had higher losses than we’d hoped for, and it’s been a tough run.
BUT we’re shaking it off, brushing the hay out of our hair, and getting ready for the fun part.
🗓️ We’re opening the barn for public viewing on March 14.
📍Located at 367 Leeper Road Rostraver Pa 15012
Come say hi, meet the lambs, and pretend you’re not secretly deciding which one you want to take home.
🗓️ Lambs will be ready for new homes March 28.
They’ll be priced by the head, first come, first serve — so if you’ve got your eye on a particular lamb, don’t stroll in late like it’s brunch.
We’ll have rams, wethers, and ewes available, though numbers are a bit low this year; all are sired by our very own Ceasefire son; I-70
We will also have a set of mid - end of February Lambs thst will be available in April
Thanks for sticking with us — we appreciate every bit of support, humor, and patience as we wrangle our way into spring.
-God Bless
