We then ferment with the grapes’ natural yeasts, and capture only the free-run young wine. We do not press the wines to gain more bulk wine, therefore our wines do not have the astringency from pressing. Next, we use the finest French oak hand-selected barrels for aging. Our process produces a drinkable young wine that can be cellared as desired. The wines have a firm tannin backbone that stabiliz

es the wine for decades. All this comes together because we employ natural fermentation techniques that are self-balancing and protect the grape berries' natural acids. In blind tastings, these wines have stood up to wines that sell for ten times the price. Tastings are held during winery operational hours. The last tasting begins 30 minutes before the close of business. There are two categories of wine tastings:
$10 for (5) tastings from our Choice wines.
$20 for (5) tastings from our Premium wines. You are welcome to pick from our list of wines or ask us for a recommendation. Tell us your preference for sweet or dry, white, blush or red wine, and we will be glad to help you choose. Our wonderful team will take you on an educational journey as you taste our excellent wines. We currently offer a variety of white, rose, red, fruit and sparkling wines. We feature live music during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. Most weekends delicious wood-fired pizza is available for purchase and occasionally guest caterers and food trucks are on site. You are welcome to bring your own food, but no outside beverages are permitted on the premisses. Relax on our patio or have a picnic on our 33 acre property. At Vinoski Winery, we’re here to provide a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
If you’re unhappy, we’ll do our best to fix that. If you’re confused about a process, we’ll gladly explain it and guide you through it. Even if you need assistance getting home safely, we’re here to help.

What we will not tolerate is yelling, screaming, insults, intimidation, harassment, or disrespect toward our staff or other guests.
Our employees are our most valuable asset, and they deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. Anyone who cannot do so will be asked to leave and may not be welcomed back.
Be kind. Respect each other. It’s that simple.

So come enjoy a glass of wine, listen to great music, spend time with friends, and leave your troubles at the door.
