Yesterday I got the 25 quart canner I ordered, and it is wonderful! Fits on a 2 burner campstove and will make boiling down maple sap SO much faster and easier! I also ordered our new 3/16" tubing system that is the new industry standard for vacuum gravity fed lines with no difference in production that will allow us to tap a much larger number of trees much more efficiently and collect into larger containers! We're expecting temps to go back up next week after another freeze earlier in the week, and that should be our cue that the sap should start running! Can't wait! 🌳🍁🥞❤️
