Healthy Harvest Farm is owned and operated by Dave Sandy and Sara Eckert. Together we have over 10 years of experience growing vegetables for families in Central Pennsylvania. The Musser Family in Bellefonte is currently leasing us 13 acres next to the Musser Farm Market. We grow enough vegetables to feed 120 members in the Summer/Fall and 40 members in the Winter/Spring. Producing top quality veg

From our hands to yours; know farmers, know food! Join Healthy Harvest Farm CSA this week for a great local selection of: Basil, Green Beans, Bok Choy, Carrots, Cucumbers, Asian Eggplant, Globe Eggplant, Garlic, Lettuce, Onions, Green Bell Peppers, Mixed Hot Peppers, Yellow Skinned Potatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Regular Tomatoes and Zucchini. All grown by Sara and Dave right here in Bellefonte PA!

Running a small diversified vegetable farm is kinda like riding a horse. December and January are spent brushing the horse, planning the route and looking forward to the ride. February and March you put the saddle on the horse, take it out of the barn, you get on the horse and start riding. In April, May and June you are on top of the horse, proud and confident of your horse riding skills. Sometime in July the horse completely spazzes out, kicks you off and takes off running. In August, September and October you are frantically running after the horse hoping you can catch up to it. And November??? In November you give up looking for the horse and go on vacation to Aruba.
