It's shaping up to be a gorgeous Mother's Day this Sunday. You could take her to some lame chain restaurant where she gets a sad piece of chicken and an overpriced slice of cheesecake. OR...you could roll up with some flavor-rich bison to cook and finally be the favorite child. You know what the right choice is😉.

We're back at the Holly Farmers Market 10am-2pm today. The sun is out, the birds are doing their thing, and our coolers are packed with the best bison in Southeast Michigan. This is not a drill. Mom is watching. Your siblings will be jealous. We'll see you there. 🌸🥩🦬

Outdoor market season is BACK and we couldn't be more excited to see everyone this spring/summer! 🌿🦬

We know fuel prices have been rough on everyone lately. We're feeling it too. But we're doing everything we can to keep our prices as fair as possible, because the health benefits bison bring shouldn't be out of reach. We appreciate every single one of you who keeps showing up and supporting our operation.

Market Season is rapidly approaching! Stay tuned for the May market days and locations (we got a new one this year).

In the meantime, here's what I've been up to...

At my first Tough Ruck marathon, I set an optimistic goal: finish the 26.2mi in 6 hours 30 minutes. Last year, on my 4th attempt, I came up 6 minutes short.

I spent the last 12mo, in between markets busting my ass training, putting the miles on my feet & on my back, while dialing in every variable I could control. I wasn't expecting the rain this year, but I stayed dialed in, pushed harder, destroyed that goal time, and placed in the top 100!

Some goals just take longer. Keep grinding. Its worth it

Everyone knows I'm awful with names but great with faces and what meats ya regularly get. To the couple that came at the end of the Saline Farmers Market today and got all the burgers, bones, & tongue... I fat fingered the tongue weight and over charged you. I did a refund to your credit card for the over charge. If you see this post let me know it went through, please!
