Earlier today, The Pizza Cone Company donated over $500 worth of food to the King Rising Initiative sponsored by the Urban League St. Louis and at Friendly Temple Church. It was very Inspiring to see all the vendors there to assist in providing food and services to the community. OUR COMMUNITY. Find your PURPOSE!!!

🍕 DID YOU KNOW? The History of the Pizza Cone

Did you know the pizza cone is much older than most people think?

🌟 While many people associate pizza cones with modern food trucks and festivals, the concept has been around for decades. Recipes appeared as early as the 1960s, and a U.S. patent for a pizza cone design was filed in 1983.

🇮🇹 The pizza cone became internationally popular when Kono Pizza, an Italian company, introduced its version in 2004. Their handheld, baked cone made pizza easier to enjoy while walking, helping spread the idea across Europe, Asia, and eventually the United States.

🍕 Today, pizza cones continue to evolve with creative fillings, gourmet ingredients, and even dessert versions like Peach Cobbler Cones!

One thing hasn't changed: they're all about delivering all the flavor of pizza without the mess.
