A lot of people don’t know that I’m actually a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through NASM and Certified Personal Trainer
Wellness has been my passion for years, and I’ve spent a lot of time studying how the body responds to food, inflammation, and lifestyle habits.
I’m not a doctor and I don’t diagnose anyone. That’s not my lane.
But I do understand how powerful nutrition can be for the body.
I’ve personally seen it in my own family:
• Someone that lived with me developed Pericarditis inflammation around the lining of their heart during COVID. Through an anti-inflammatory diet focused on fruits, vegetables, teas, herbs and whole foods, their body recovered fully without the steroids and medication that was given. Dropped 15 pounds and built it back up healthily..
Another VERY close person was once told she was prediabetic due to her A1C levels. After changing her nutrition and stabilizing her blood sugar through diet, her doctor later told her she was no longer even prediabetic.
Moments like this are why I’m so passionate about helping people understand their bodies.
I don’t share things randomly.
I share them because I’ve studied wellness, practiced it, and watched the power of nutrition work in real life.
Food is not just fuel… it’s information for the body. 🌿
Doctors diagnose and treat disease.
My focus is helping people understand how nutrition, gut health, and daily habits can support the body
So while I respect medicine, I also respect the incredible way the body responds when we nourish it properly.
