Our largest harvests are from plants that grow closest to comfrey!
Comfrey poultice will clear bruises and heal broken bones quickly.

This happens to peppers when the inside is growing faster than the outside (similar to stretch marks). They are considered blemishes in North America, but in Mexico, South, and Central America it is a sign of quality. Some say they’re hotter. Some say they’re sweeter.
