East Side Brewers Homebrewing Club

East Side Brewers Homebrewing Club Have you ever thought about brewing beer at home? If you are like most people these days, you have. The question is then, why have you not?

Most will say (indirectly) they are intimidated. That the equipment and supplies needed are just too much; that they don't know where to start; or, it's all so confusing! The East Side Brewers consists of dozens of people just like you that once thought brewing was out of their reach. The truth is, if you are comfortable in the kitchen, one only need minimal equipment and ingredients (and some tim

e) to brew a successful and enjoyable batch of home brew. As fellow home brewers, ESB enjoys gathering for informal meetings to discuss what's been brewing, how to brew and, of course, sampling results! We also enjoy sharing our knowledge and we most certainly enjoy brewing! Therefore, many of our meetings are brew days to which everyone is invited to attend, learn, sample and participate. Contact East Side Brewers through our FB page, our web site https://sites.google.com/view/east-side-brewers-home-brew-cl/home. I look forward to meeting you and speaking with you about your home brewing goals!

Only a few days left to get in on this year’s cider order!! Don’t miss your chance to make your very own hard apple cider (or just get some to drink, we don’t judge😉) from locally grown fresh pressed apples. The apples are grown and pressed at Doll's Orchard in Pocahontas, IL. The cider will contain a blend of Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Jonathan, and Fuji apples. The juice will be $7.49 a gallon and we will take preorders through November 3rd. Pickup of the juice will be the following week; the exact date will be determined after we have the final volume of juice. Once the pickup date is known your sanitized fermenter will need to be dropped off at the store so we can have it filled with delicious cider.

If you would like to place an order, send us a message, call or text at 618-277-2550, or send us an email at [email protected]
