Decided to smoke a top round roast like a brisket and add some homemade Chimi churri sauce. Almost tasted like a nice smokey steak. Chimi churri was ok but I probably won’t make it again.

Roast was seasoned with Three Kings and cooked on Bill’s (.louis_taverns )Big Green Egg. He gave it to me years ago. It was a fun cook.
