It was a quick little jaunt up to Valley, Nebraska to drop off our first order with them, and since we were there, we decided to hang out for a while.

What an absolute blast we had during our visit today! The Farm just opened for the season and we got to see it all! Their strawberry festival officially kicks off this Friday with loads of fun for the entire family. After taking our kids there today, they were hooked. It’s going to be a regular destination for us.

Down in Arizona it’s starting to get hot and here in Nebraska, Our summer market season kicks off this weekend. Makes it the perfect time to introduce you to the newest member of our team.

We are so excited to announce a NEW Market in Arizona. We are joining the Eastmark Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8 AM to noon. Trevor is actually a longtime friend of our Gilbert Booth managers Gianna and Hayden and is an awesome addition to our little team. Be sure to say hello and pick up some spices from him.

If you can’t make it to the market, you can always find a handful of our products at the Steadfast Farm farm store.

Little glimpse of some dinner prep tonight. The weather has been so nice, I decided to fire up the griddle and make some burgers. As I got ready to throw everything on the grill, I realized our buns had mold on them 😒 so we did patty melts!

Caramelized some onions, whipped up a quick thousand island, and got cookin. Some rosemary thyme duck fat fries to go alongside it.

Sorry, no finished picture. The food was hot, the kids were screaming, so we went for it. Delicious!
