Great friends & great cattle!

We’ve been busy getting our sale bulls and heifers to their new pastures. This weekend took us to Guentzel Cattle Company and Farms in Minnesota to deliver ‘Martens Six-Seven’. Martens Six-Seven was a top selling bull at our 25th Anniversary sale out of Basin Jameson.

However, the best part of this business are the partnerships and friendships forged along with a few family roadtrips that connect us to families engaged in the cattle business. It makes it all the more fulfilling to see the future of the cattle industry (Mckenna & Teagan) evaluating, sharing and discussing their future cattle collaborations!

♦️Lunch will be served starting @ 11am. Jackson County Iowa Cattlemen will be grilling ribeye steak sandwiches, Kalmes Restaurant Bar & Catering is serving up salads and the neighbor ladies are providing the desserts.

Lot 16 Exemplify son has been popular all year with lots of friends this past weekend at the Open House.
He is the largest framed bull in the pen with good carcass and growth. His dam is a consistent producer and very docile.
