UPDATE: I backed my last day up to the 5th, this weekend!! Saturday 9/5 will be my last day!!

I have an announcement:

September 5th will be my LAST regular bake stand/pickup day! BUT before anyone panics—I may not be quitting completely! I’m just taking my flour-covered, butter-smelling self in a slightly different direction.

Assuming everything goes as planned, I’ll be starting a new and very exciting chapter with Bellevue Schools! I’m REALLY excited about this opportunity, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little sad to step back from baking. I’ve absolutely loved baking for all of you, and watching you guys come back week after week for your sourdough, cinnamon rolls, scones, and all the other goodies has been pretty awesome.

So what does this mean?

-Regular stand days/pickup orders will wrap up September 5th.
-I may still do an occasional pop-up bake day when my work schedule allows.
-And maybe I’ll throw in some extra time for holiday baking!

Thank you SO much for supporting my little home bakery and letting me feed you all for the past year! I’m excited for what’s next, and I hope you’ll stick around for the occasional surprise bake day!

Apparently, someone has decided that my weekly Bakesy menu needed an update… and by someone, I mean this tiny, angry fluff bean who has very strong opinions about everything.

This week’s Bakesy offerings have been updated! Check out the updated menu and grab some of your favorites!

As for the little guy pictured here… he does not bake, he does not take orders, and he certainly does not understand why I can’t provide a bottle every 17 minutes! But apparently he does understand social media engagement. So naturally, he’s been promoted to Marketing Director! Please enjoy his angry little face, and go check out this week’s menu! 😁

I’m in the process of relaunching my Bakesy shop for orders! I will not offer everything all the time though because that’s where my downfall was last time. I was baking from 7:00am-2:00am some days and that is just obviously not a sustainable schedule! I will still put stuff out in the stand on Friday and Saturday as usual. Pickup days for orders will only be Thursday, Friday or Saturday and just like before, I’ll put your items out in the stand in bags with your name on them. I’ll let everyone know when it’s fully up and running again, just wanted to give you a heads up! Oh, and if you’re not familiar with how orders worked before, paying at the time of pickup using cash is still an option!
