Last May 23rd, APHRO had the honor of being part of an evening that carried far more than music alone.

Jazz Hands For Autism Presents: Reach Higher — The Legacy of Philip Bailey brought together artists, advocates, performers, and community for a night centered around creativity, expression, and connection. From the live performances to the conversations shared throughout the evening, the atmosphere carried the kind of energy people remember long after the event ends.

Watching the musicians of the Jazz Hands Music Academy perform the Earth, Wind & Fire catalog live — in honor of Philip Bailey himself — felt genuinely special. Every part of the night reflected purpose, celebration, and the impact music can have when people are given space to fully express themselves.
