Just a few things you can do for a healthier YOU😁
*️⃣Substitue mik for almond milk🥛
*️⃣Chug 1 glass of water in the morining☀️when you wake up
*️⃣Eat small meals every 3 hours⌛️
*️⃣PORTION CONTROL‼
*️⃣You can replace mash potatoes w/ cauliflower mash
*️⃣Carry a water jug w/ you to make sure you get all your water in for the day🙃
