We present to the council for review: peach-chi. Kimpeach? Anywho, slightly underripe peaches from Brownfield Orchard (for that good crunch), a heavily gingered and garlicked sauce and a sprinkle of Broomstick Farm green onions for good measure. We tried another fruit-based kimchi last season (aside from our regular tomato and cucumber of course) that didn't pan out, but this one right here?!

The classics always hit 😮‍💨

Wanted to take a second to say thank you for the busiest start we've ever had to market season. You guys are the reason we get to keep doing this and we can begin to explain how grateful we are. We want to keep seeing you every week, so let's keep that energy going! We'll see y'all tomorrow at !
