I recently paired the Bellwether Farms Crème Fraîche with Bow Hill’s Blueberry Confiture on a demi baguette from Watertank bakery (but it’d be mighty swell on these olive oil and sea salt crackers from The Fine Cheese Co. ) Such a creamy and sweet combination! This week on Hela’s Highlights ⭐️

Anna’s Rosado Spritz 🥀

A lil bubbly, a lil sweet, a lil simple. This drink is quick and easy to make (and enjoy!)

Recipe:
1oz Yzaguirre Rosé vermouth
Sparkling Mineral Water
Orange peel

Take a rocks glass with ice, add vermouth
Top with mineral water. Stir! Finish with an orange peel for garnish. Enjoy 🩷

The Phony Negroni!
Delicious, fresh, rich and satiates that whole-mouth feel of a traditional negroni

Recipe:
1oz The Pathfinder H**p & Root
1oz NA Gin (I use Little Saints St. Juniper)
1 dash All the Bitter Orange
2 dashes All the Bitter Aromatic
Orange peel for garnish

Add your ingredients like you’re making a traditional negroni, stir well until chilled, and pour into a rocks glass over a large fresh ice cube! Enjoy 🩷
