Cascadia Mushroom of the week for Spring- The Coral Tooth!
This delicate, fluffy cousin of the Lion's Mane is a sweet and delicious mushroom reminiscent of crab.
We recommend Coral Tooth sauteed with fresh garlic, or paired with leeks in a light cream sauce and pasta.

We'll have lots of it at the Bellingham Farmer's Market tomorrow! Bring your smiling faces and enjoy ๐Ÿ„โ˜€๏ธ

Meet Hericium coralloides, the Coral Tooth. This guy is a cousin of Lion's Mane and definitely a rival in the mane dept. With a delicious crab-like flavor and texture, it's also easy to grow at home in just a couple of weeks. While there are no kings in the world of fungi, this is one mushroom that is claiming its throne in the pantheon of choice edibles on our table!
Try a kit now while our BOGO sale is going on now on our website until the end of the month! ๐ŸŽƒ
