We are open today and tomorrow and then we close down this location and begin our move.

This is your last chance to get some meat for the new year and we are well stocked.

What a week of snow we have had, it was pretty special to have a White Christmas and take the kids sledding. But the storm has put a damper on our plan to sell through this fresh meat delivery. We need your help if you can make it out. You can call in your order and we will have it wrapped and ready, 647 8686. We are also offering delivery this afternoon if you order $100 or more.
All bottles, rubs and Traeger accessories in the shop are 20% off, this includes Hosa, Funky's, Trilby's and Mountain Meat Rub. Shrub Farm Shrubs and Apple Cider Vinegar are already on sale and now they are an additional 20% off. Shrubs help to make excellent cocktails and this weather calls for cocktails through New Year's day at least.
If you missed out on a Rib Roast, Tenderloin or Ham for Christmas like so many did you can get redemption for your New Year's dinner because we have all three in stock.

Hello to all. The outpouring of love for Carne since announcing we have to move at the end of the month has been overwhelming. We appreciate how many of you have reached out or visited this last week. That being said, we did almost run out of meat this weekend and won't get more until Wednesday and Thursday.

We will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday December 7th, unless you placed an order for pickup. We will however be in the shop to take your phone orders from 9 am through noon. If you are thinking of placing a large order for your freezer to get you through January then tomorrow morning is a great time to call that in.
We hope to be able to meet the demand of your meat purchases throughout the rest of the month and we apologize for any inconvenience this causes tomorrow. Call those orders in. Thank you.

This December 31st will be our last day open for business at our current location. The property is under new ownership and they plan to tear down the shop to put up an apartment building. This isn't the end of Carne, we are just not sure yet where we will land and what exactly it will look like. But this month is business as usual so get your holiday roast order in soon.
