Time to stock up! Grass-finished beef and yak soup/marrow bones, as well as beef Osso Bucco are on sale while supplies last. We wish to make room in the freezer for the new beef and yak coming up. The bones must go!

Another hot day! We hope you find a cool spot to relax and work today.
The online store is open. We have a nice selection of grass-finished beef and yak cuts, as well as ground. Make an order online, and we can arrange for pick up by appointment.
Please remember that we don't have a farmstand at this time, so please do not drop by except by appointment. Thanks for your understanding. There is still a lot of work to do at the new location.

Hooray! We have moved and are finally opening the Online Store. There is no farm stand yet, but orders can be made online and picked up by appointment only at our new location. Baby steps...
Please do not stop by without an appointment since we still have a great deal of work being done on the property.
The custom/bulk beef reservations are full. I have a waitlist you can be put on, but it is unlikely that we will get to the end of the list.
We are not doing CSA's at this time. We need to work out all of the construction and online bugs first.
Thank you for your patience. It has been a slow and agonizing process. We are glad to be providing grass-finished meats again.

Well, we are getting closer to being back in business again!! If all goes well, we may be able to sell from the website or take orders from your emails. We will make an announcement once it is confirmed.
Thank you for hanging in there to wait for us. The move was a huge project and the construction is ongoing and slow.
The cattle and yak are doing well. All of the beef cattle babies are born. The yaks haven't gotten around to calving yet. They like to do things on their terms and time.
I will post here and on the website when we are open again.
