If you've been with Acme for a while, there's a good chance you've enjoyed our Deconstructed Pot Stickers.

For years, this meal has been one of our most-loved customer favorites. Ground pork seasoned with ginger, garlic, scallions, and soy, served over crisp cabbage and carrots and finished with flavorful sauces—it has consistently earned its place as an Acme classic.

Last year, our chef and team took a closer look at why this meal in particular has always been so popular. We realized that our customers tend to love meals that feel a little bit magical in the kitchen. The ones that check all the boxes:
✔ Fast to prepare
✔ Affordable
✔ High in protein
✔ Packed with vegetables
✔ Gluten-free and dairy-free
✔ Full of bold flavor

We started calling these our "Magic Meals" because they somehow do it all. And as we looked through the growing list of Magic Meals, we realized our Deconstructed Pot Stickers were the original Magic Meal that started it all.

At the same time, many of our vegetarian customers have been asking for more new meal options. That got us thinking...Why should the Magic Meals be just for meat eaters? So this week, we're excited to introduce a vegetarian version of our beloved classic.

We've swapped the pork for savory seasoned crumbled tofu while keeping everything else you love—the crisp vegetables, the ginger-garlic flavor, and the delicious sauces that bring the whole meal together. The result is a satisfying vegetarian meal that's packed with protein, vegetables, flavor, and all the qualities that made the original such a customer favorite.

We're excited to welcome our vegetarian customers into the Magic Meal club and can't wait to hear what you think!
