Five Saps' Sugar House We are the Five Saps and we endeavor to make the best handcrafted maple syrup possible. Tapping begins in early February. Boiling begins shortly thereafter.

If you see steam rising, stop in and say hello. But remember, this is just a hobby.

This tool is how we make all the line connections to bring the sap to the collection tank. Approximately 1.5 miles of tubing in total. Trees are tapped and the final preparations are being made….looking forward to steam in the near future!
