North Forest is a collaboration brewed with our friends at the Bellingham Co-op!
This classic Pilsner is a nod to the woods that have enchanted this area for all time and the street where you’ll find the Co-op’s Downtown store and Aslan’s brewery - neighbors in community.
Malt notes of crackers and bread crust pair with bright lemon and floral hop characteristics creating a smooth, refreshing, and pleasantly bitter Pilsner, perfect for celebrating this beautiful community.
We had the best brew day with the Community Food Co-op team touring our facility and pouring hops in what became the North Forest beer!
