In 1928, Ralph Silvestro arrived with a dream, a family recipe, and a garage full of lemons.

Handmaking lemon and orange Italian ices in his garage, Ralph loaded them onto a truck and drove through Staten Island. Before long, kids were running to the curb, families were lining up, and a hometown tradition was born - one delicious spoonful at a time.

Today, generations later, weโ€™re all part of the storyโ€ฆweโ€™re all Raised on Ralphโ€™s. ๐Ÿงก
