We are lucky to live in the beautiful state of Vermont. We took a road trip to Quechee this week. Plan a visit to the Gorge, have lunch at Simon Pearce while you enjoy the live glass blowing , and stop at the Cabot Queeche General Store to stock up on all your favorite Harvest Barn mixes.

Throwback Thursday! We recently celebrated Grace’s 30 year anniversary with Halladay’s. This photo was from back in the day where we juggled 13 greenhouses, a florist and 30 to 40 craft shows a year. Grace helped at the fairs among her many roles here🩷We had many adventures at the fairs including collapsing tents, floods, broken down vans etc, etc but we had a lot of fun with our crafting family and met so many great people along the journey.

This Maple Bacon Broccoli Salad is done with our Maple Bacon Dip and Seasoning Blend. This take on a classic will win over even the veggie haters in your family. Get the mix at www.halladays.com.

Maple Bacon Broccoli Salad
1 cup of mayo or 1/2 cup of mayo and 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
2 TBSP red or white wine vinegar.
2-3 TBSP sugar
2 Tbps Halladay's Maple Bacon Dip and Seasoning Blend
5-6 cups of broccoli florets
1 cup of shredded cheddar.
1/2 cup of dried cranberries.
1/3 cup of toasted pecans or sunflower seeds
Combine first four ingredients to make the dressing, mix well and set aside. Assemble the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Toss with prepared dressing and chill.
