Happy Monday! I’m back from my adventure in Canada, and I’m happy to be back baking for all of you! My helpers did such an amazing job keeping the bakery running for me while I was gone, and I know we all appreciate their efforts. As for this week, we’ve got a special flavor of the weekend announcement, the regular schedule, and more!

💜Saturday: the Bellville farmers market 9-12! The special flavor of the weekend is the 🌀 Twisted Dill Sourdough 🌿. A soft and tangy loaf, this is my take on a dill pickle bread. It’s studded with capers, and super savory from garlic, onion, and dill. I’ll also have baguettes, all your fave classic flavors, and the specialty granolas (when the S’mores granola is gone, it’s gone for the season so grab some while you can!)

Hello my wonderful customers and friends!
We’ve got a rainy week scheduled ahead it seems, but what could be cozier than fresh crispy bread? ☀️🍞

Here’s some important details this week. The bakery is running as usual all week, but a little scaled back because …I’m traveling abroad! ✈️ My wonderful husband and helpers are baking for me this week while my daughter and I visit friends in Canada to welcome their new baby. I’m so excited! I plan to cook and bake nonstop and i may share some food adventures on stories to follow along. I even brought my sourdough starter on the plane!
But for all you back home, here’s what you need to know:

🚀Monday: delivering to Stoodts and Pumpkin Seed Market! We also stock Mrs B’s Beautiful Foods with our breads for her delicious sandwiches. Stop by for lunch some time!
🛬Tuesday: delivering to Stoodt’s market and stocking up Nourish Wellness Bar with her breads for her gourmet avocado toasts 🥑.
🚁Wednesday: delivering to Stoodt’s and pumpkin seed market, and restocking our pasta at Wayne’s Country Market 🌽
🚂Thursday: delivering to Stoodt’s
⛵️Friday: delivering to Stoodt’s, Pumpkin Seed and Beechwold Farm Market .
✈️Saturday: the bellville farmers market! My husband will be running the show for me 😊😊. No special flavor or baguettes this weekend but all the classic faves will be there!

It’s been such a whirlwind weekend full of baking, family and friend time, outdoor entertaining, LEGO land exploring and board games during smoky days, farmers market, and more. I hope you’ve all weathered the week and enjoyed the small moments!

Here’s the details of the week:

😊I bake Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday but brioche and frozen bread, and pasta and granola, available all week long. Message to place a pickup order, or checkout one of our retail spots!

☀️Monday: delivering bread and more to Stoodt’s and Pumpkin Seed Market . You can also try my bread as a sandwich at Mrs B’s Beautiful Foods, or snag some pasta at .
🌷Tuesday: no baking but you can still pickup goodies or try some gourmet avocado toast on my San Fran at .ohio
🌿Wednesday: delivering to Stoodt’s and Pumpkin Seed Market, and working away on baking our golden sourdough brioche! Want a babka pastry ? 😍 message for a special brioche order!
🌦️Thursday: delivering to Stoodt’s and starting our farmers market prep (it’s a lot of work each week!) . Maybe go visit for a perfect cup of coffee and buy some of my granola as a parfait or to take home!
🌻Friday: delivering to Stoodt’s , Pumpkin Seed, and in columbus (they sell my bread, pasta, and granola!).
💐Saturday; The Bellville Farmers Market! Every Saturday 9-12, come see us on the square for all the best local produce, plants, baked goods, treats and treasures. My special flavor of the weekend will be the Firecracker Sourdough 💥🔥. My San Fran dough gets swirled with a flavor explosion of spicy Chinese chili crisp, cheddar cheese, and scallions. And I’ll have lots more of the limited edition Campfire S’mores Granola!

It has been quite a while since I’ve made a new product flavor, and I’ve been dreaming of this one for a while!! This weekend I debut the newest granola flavor: the campfire s’more granola! A dark cocoa granola with chocolate covered clusters, honey graham crackers, and crispy freeze dried mini marshmallows that’ll fill you with nostalgia and delight! I know I shouldn’t brag but….i can’t stop stuffing my face with this, it’s so good !! Come snag some at the Bellville Farmers Market this weekend, and I’ll also have the Twisted Dill sourdough, and so much more! This is the last chance to grab a bag of the red white and blue granola, too. I have a few more bags but once it’s gone , it gone!

Come early to snag your favorite flavors before they run out, or place a pickup order! Reminder the market is rain or shine, so grab an umbrella, a cup of coffee at the new coffee shop, and come see me - I’ll be there ! ☔️☀️☕️❤️

Saturday is the Bellville Farmers Market 9-12! My special flavor this weekend is the Twisted Dill Sourdough 🌀 🍃 . A gourmet take on a dill pickle bread, this sourdough is super soft from whole wheat and spelt, savory from garlic and onion and dill, and studded with lots of tangy capers for that perfect pickle-y flavor in every bite! This is also the LAST weekend to snag the Red White and Blue granola. Starting next week I’ve got a brand new, super fun granola flavor to debut for you 😍😍😍

This market is a lil special because we also have the Bellville Street Mart happening 9-3 which fills the square with craft and mercantile and food vendors along side us! Many farmers market vendors stay longer past our usual noon as well, to join in the fun. Come see us! The special flavor of the weekend is the GARLIC GARDEN SOURDOUGH 🧄🌿! A masterpiece of slow roasted garlic confit, fresh oregano and rosemary, and a special ingredient: ground mountain pepperberry leaf! A spice from australia that tastes like pesto in dried form, and adds a beautiful peppery herbiness. Dont miss out! 💘
