Easy • Flavorful • Family-Friendly • Guilt-Free!

Tonight, we’re keeping dinner EASY but packing it FULL of flavor! 🙌

🛒 WHAT YOU’LL NEED

🍖 2–3 lb pork loin
🫒 Olive oil OR Worcestershire sauce
🌶️ Paprika
🧅 Onion powder
🧄 Garlic powder
🧂 Salt & pepper
🌿 Dried rosemary

For the veggies:
🥒 Squash
🧅 Onion
🌱 Asparagus
🫒 Olive oil
✨ Same seasoning blend

👩‍🍳 LET’S GET COOKING!

Preheat your oven to 475°F. Place your pork loin on a foil-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil or Worcestershire sauce.

Mix up your paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and rosemary. Rub that seasoning all over that pork—don’t be shy! 😋

🔥 Pop it into the 475°F oven for 15 minutes to get that beautiful flavor started.

While the pork is roasting, chop up your squash and onion and get your asparagus ready. Toss those veggies with olive oil and the same delicious seasoning blend.

After 15 minutes, turn the oven down to 350–375°F and add your veggies to the pan. Continue roasting until the pork reaches 145°F in the center and your vegetables are tender.

Let that pork rest for a few minutes, slice it up, pile on those roasted veggies and…

DINNER IS SERVED! 🍽️❤️

Simple ingredients. Big flavor. Barely any fuss!

Now THAT’S my kind of weeknight dinner! 😍🔥

🚨 MASON JAR HUNT 🚨

Hey y’all!! 🫙💛
I am on the lookout for ALL the mason jars!! I’m talking quart size all the way up to gallon jars — the bigger the better!

I’m planning on doing a TON of canning this summer, and I would absolutely LOVE to take any extra jars off your hands if you’ve got some collecting dust! 🥰

So before you toss them out or let them sit around unused… message me!!

Thank y’all so much, y’all are the best!! ✨
