We decided to give the viral rice paper mochi a try😉

Ingredients:
• Rice Paper Wrappers
• 8oz noosa yoghurt (ANY flavor!)

Instructions:
• Dip a sheet of rice paper in warm water for 5–10 seconds until soft.
• Place a a big spoonful of noosa yoghurt in the center of the rice paper
• Fold the edges of the rice paper inwards to create a tight pouch
• Place on a plate or parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour to achieve a chewy texture
• ENJOY!
