No electricity at the Alfred Farmers Market today due to construction prject🔌⚡️👨‍🔧👩‍🔧, for our farm this means we can't set up and sell today, Sunday September 20th from 11-2. Yes we pulled out our 10 year old generator yesterday and found it not working with no time to properly fix it. 👨‍🌾👩‍🌾 as meat farmers selling our Grass-finished angus Beef and Pasture Raised Pork frozen individual cuts we are required to maintain a zero temperature in preferably, mechanical freezers, and also weigh and label all our meat sold by the pound with a certified scale with Allegany County department of weights and measurements. We do this at the farmers market and require electricity to plug in our trailer equipped with freezers and our scale ⚖️. We are so very sorry our set up has caused us not being able to attend today. We are unsure of future market attendance this remaining season and will keep you updated as we hear more from the Alfred Farmers Market .

We are very worried for our pasture raised pork and beef animals as the tornado 🌪 warning ⚠️ is here and both farms have lost power. If a tornado actually touched down, our farm would be gone, please 🙏 pray as this storm passes through Allegany County.
