Taste of Newton! HUGE vendor list, the “who’s who” of food trailers attend! Getting ready with brisket, at 5am Input 45 racks of ribs on, 24 Pork Butts at 8pm! Ready to leave town at 1pm and serve by 5pm! Fast and furious 3-4 hours of serving the 10’s of thousands of people! Stop by for some awesome food and a great evening!

TAG A FARMER! I’m doing an event in Nebraska coming up where they are asking for harvest meals to be made available. Figured I would make myself available during the week when I am out off around the three state area with my food trailer to help feed our local farmers! Please comment if you’re a farmer only with regard to what days and times you would prefer. Of course, during this time I would make myself available for regular lunch and dinner options. Please let me know what days, dates, or meal options, such as breakfast, lunch or dinner you would like to see offered. If you are working into the late hours of the night after 10 PM I can also make this work as well. The farmers do an incredible amount for our community and I do not mind paying back some of their generosity!

LET’s RUN IT BACK! Excited to announce I will be again attending and serving some of the best BBQ around at Rednecks with Paychecks Offroad at their Spring Break event! (Pending application process). Last year, I was unable to attend because of state Wrestling, but this year state Wrestling is the week before! Looking forward to hanging out with some of the coolest, most respectful people I’ve had the honor of meeting. I will be able to take rib pre-orders this visit and will also be providing a legit breakfast every morning I am there! see you all this spring!!! Added bonus… I’m looking to build a Barbie Jeep towing a Texas Reds trailer to participate in the Barbie Jeep downhill challenge!

I stayed up until 3 AM last night serving people. It died down so I went over to get some sleep but at 4:15 AM I got a knock on the door. They said they debated if that was a joke that I put the sign up, but I quickly got out of bed, they walked away with three racks of ribs and they couldn’t have been happier! Walked over here at seven to start making puddings and restocking some of the veggies and other things and all of a sudden a line started to form. 17 burritos and three nachos later I might get a chance to start restocking a little. Apparently I need to bring breakfast food next year! Huge thank you toRednecks with Paychecks Offroad for this opportunity, and I look forward to evolving and becoming a vendor. These guests will be excited to visit!

First time at Rednecks with Paychecks Offroad and I did not know what to expect as far as what to bring, how much and what type of traffic we would have. I was worn by some of the other vendors that Thursday is notoriously slow but Friday and Saturday is insane. Thursday, however, proved to be amazing after 8 PM! Still going strong about 3 AM with the study stream a customer is coming in every 5-10 minutes and they are beyond generous this late at night! If people want to eat, I’m gonna feed them! So glad I got this opportunity and look forward to Friday and Saturday!
