Is it hard to keep our hope and focus on the Lord all day long? Some days are most likely easier than others. Our relationship with Jesus is the most important relationship we can have and strong relationships are built on communication. Prayer is how we communicate with our Lord. Before I had a relationship with Jesus, a lady I worked with told me she prayed all day long, and I could not wrap my head around that. Now, I also pray all day long, and keep my hope in Him 💜

John Bunyan, author of The Pilgrim’s Progress, once said, “You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.”

Even though we do have struggles, we have so much more than others around the world. For example, many of us never give it a second thought when we need a drink of water, we just go to the sink and fill a glass. The World Health Organization says “About 25% of the world's population (1 in 4 people) lacks access to safely managed drinking water.”

What can we do? We can start with praying for those who have no where to turn for help.
