After about a week away from our farms, we’re back!

Every summer, we do our best to step away for a little while—all of our families together—and enjoy a relaxing, fun beach vacation. After a busy summer of showing cattle, making hay, tackling farm projects, and everything else that comes with farm life, it’s always nice to slow down and spend some time together before the kids head back to school.

We feel incredibly lucky to have amazing people in our lives who we trust to care for the cattle while we’re gone. We couldn’t do it without them!

As much as we love getting away, there’s always something pretty great about coming back home. ❤️

Some of us were better at relaxing than others… Ruthie understood the assignment. 😂🏖️
