No market tonight or tomorrow means a full day of canning. That's 80 jars of salsa with 6 more in the waterbath. Pork liver in the dehydrator for dog treats. And the 4 pints of corn, is for us.

And that propane boiler is a game changer. My house is still warm from cooking on the stove, but not as hot if I had to waterbath in there.

Big Winter Market News!! (drumroll please) Beginning this November, the Winter Market is moving downtown to the Janesville YMCA!

We're excited to grow our longtime partnership with the YMCA of Northern Rock County and bring the Winter Market to the former Boys & Girls Club space. Even better? We'll still be right in the heart of downtown, where the Market feels most at home.

The Janesville Farmers Market and downtown have always gone hand in hand, and we're so excited to continue that connection all winter long.

Come see us this Sat and every Saturday until the last week in October at the Janesville Farmers Market, Inc and get your breakfast or lunch. Right behind 608 Vintage.

Omelette with your choice of pork sausage, bacon or ham. Wrapped up in an egg blanket with onions, peppers and 3 cheese blend. 🥘

Burrito with scrambled egg, sausage, 3 cheese blend, sour cream, and Chipotle sour cream in a tortilla. Add freshly made salsa. All ingredients from our garden. 🌯

Breakfast sandwich with your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham, a choice of cheese, and a fresh egg in a toasted English muffin. 🥯

Ham and 3 cheese Griller. Ham, 3 cheeses on toasted Texas Toast with horseradish aoli. Add a grilled slice of pineapple. DELISH 😋 🍞

All meat and eggs are fresh from our farm. Decatur cheese. All ingredients in the salsa are grown in our garden with no pesticides.
